Welcome to Yarrow Point

The Yarrow Point Neighborhood, known as the Nantucket of the Eastside, is home to 1,010 residents within 405 homes. Most live on waterfront property or can walk a short distance to one of the beach docks or parks on the water. Those that don’t have a house on the water have tremendous views overlooking Lake Washington and downtown Seattle. The peninsula is surrounded by communities like Clyde Hill, Kirkland, Hunts Point, and Medina where there's numerous recreational parks and paths to lead you in to downtown Kirkland and Bellevue.

Yarrow Point sits on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, about seven miles from Seattle. Homeowners enjoy more than 200 acres of the peninsula and over seven miles of streets that are ideal for a drive, walk, or bicycle ride.

Yarrow Point hosts its own 4th of July celebration. This neighborhood is a community that embraces new residents while cherishing those who have been residents for lots of years.
